Why mistakes never reach the workshop
The pre-production check scans the model line by line: hinge without a carrier, thin PVC on a curved edge, invalid contour, clashing holes. If something blocks production, the “Send to production” button stays disabled and the reason is shown.
Because every document derives from one size, they cannot contradict each other. The shelf the cut list counts as “3 pcs” is drawn on one drilling sheet, and the CNC file drills from the same coordinates.

Questions
Does it work with my CNC machine?
Viziodex produces layered DXF files read by CNC programs. Hole diameters, grooves and LED channels sit on separate layers, so the machine picks the tool by layer.
Can I export the cut list to Excel?
Yes. The cut list downloads as an Excel file, with identical parts grouped on one line with their quantity.
Does the drilling plan show part orientation?
Yes. Each edge of the sheet names the part’s side in the carcass: front, back, top, bottom, right, left. Holes are drawn at their real diameter.
