Privacy notice
This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you visit viziodex.com and send the demo or application form. It is an English translation of the Turkish notice (KVKK aydınlatma metni); if the two differ, the Turkish version prevails.
1. Who we are
The data controller is by ubivo. Viziodex is a product of by ubivo. Current contact details of the data controller are published at byubivo.com.
2. Data we process
Identity: full name. Contact: phone number; email address and city if provided.
Professional details: company or workshop name, team size range, whether you have a CNC machine, the programs you use and what you write in the message field.
Marketing: your consent to commercial messages (if given) and its date.
Consent records: the record that you read this notice, the notice version and the date and time the form was sent.
Security: technical logs kept by the hosting infrastructure (IP address, browser information, request time) and records that protect the form against automated submissions.
The form does not ask for special categories of personal data (health, religion, ethnicity, political opinion, criminal records). Please do not write such information in the message field; if you do, it is deleted.
3. Why we process it
To receive, evaluate and conclude your demo request or application; to contact you about it by phone or email; to plan an introduction and determine setup and usage conditions suitable for your workshop.
To keep the site and form secure and prevent misuse; to meet legal obligations and use records as evidence in possible disputes; and, only if you consented, to send product news and announcements.
4. Legal basis
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK): processing directly related to entering into a contract (Art. 5/2-c), our legitimate interest in answering your request and keeping the service secure (Art. 5/2-f), legal obligations and the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-a, 5/2-ç, 5/2-e). Commercial messages are sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time; not giving it does not affect your request.
5. Sharing and international transfer
Your personal data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing. It is transferred only to providers that process it on our behalf to deliver the service: a cloud database provider (form records are stored on servers in the European Union — Frankfurt, Germany) and a hosting and content delivery provider (the site and technical logs are served from servers abroad).
Transfers abroad are made under KVKK Article 9 with the safeguards required by the Personal Data Protection Board. Data is disclosed to authorised public authorities and courts only when legally required.
6. Retention
Form records are kept until your request is concluded and afterwards for the statutory limitation periods. If your request does not become a customer relationship, your records are deleted or anonymised within two years at the latest. Commercial message consent and withdrawal records are kept for one year after withdrawal.
7. Security
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). The site can only add form records; it cannot read, change or delete them. The database uses row-level access rules, access is limited to the people who evaluate requests, and automated submissions are blocked with a hidden trap field and timing checks.
8. Cookies
viziodex.com does not use cookies and contains no advertising or analytics tracking code. If this changes, this notice will be updated and a separate cookie notice published.
9. Your rights
You can ask us whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction or deletion, object to a decision made solely by automated means, and claim compensation for unlawful processing. No automated decisions are made on form data; every request is reviewed by a person.
Send your request in writing with information that verifies your identity, through the contact channels published at byubivo.com. We answer free of charge within thirty days at the latest. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (Art. 14).
10. Children
The form is intended for businesses; people under 18 should not fill it in. Such records are deleted when noticed.
